May is Beef Month. We proudly live in beef country. We love beer and American Craft Beer Week is also in May. So we do what is necessary: pair our smoked beerfest with a BBQ competition to celebrate both.

With our partners at the Nebraska Cattlemen – Burwell Affiliate, we hope to raise both funds & food for the Ord Food Pantry. This is an opportune time to help our local Pantry when they need it most, and we want to a bigger difference in 2018! Please help us make that happen!
