BEER SUPPER WITH JUBILEE EVENTS & CATERING

Each quarter we’re planning beer suppers in Ord and the surrouding area. Each event’s theme will focus beer & cuisine pairings reflective of the seasons. We’re returning to Jubilee Events & Catering in downtown Ord with our friend Melanie Krajnik Boden. We’ll be offering a multi-course meal with select beer pairings, along with a social hour to start off the event.
Tickets for our event go on sale Monday, April 2nd at 8am. A commemorative 6oz. tasting snifter will be included with the ticket price for each guest. Tickets are $40/individual or $75/couple. Ticket registration will be posted online and tickets will sell on a first-come, first serve basis. This event is sells out very quickly, so don’t delay. TICKETS FOUND HERE (after April 2).
The Beer Supper with Jubilee Events & Catering menu will be:
– Appetizer: Mahi Mahi Ceviche (with Easy Peasy Lemon Wheat Ale).
– Salad: Fancy greens with red onions, cashews, Swiss cheese & poppyseed dressing, garlic beer cheese bread (with Wonder Twins DIPA).
– Main Course: Tilapia rolls with crab & Parmesan stuffing, Quinoa, green beans with lemon sauce, almonds and capers (with Chances Make Champions Munich Dunkel).
– Dessert: Pavlova with lemon curd & berries (with Sandhills Gold Bohemian Blonde Ale)
