To celebrate Drink Local Month, Scratchtown will be hosting a Nebraska-grown ingredients beer day on Saturday, October 16 in the taproom. We will feature beers made with Nebraska ingredients, and showcase how Nebraska brewers and agricultural producers can work together to build a stronger, more resilient local economy.

Join us to taste uniquely Nebraskan beers made with uniquely Nebraskan-grown ingredients. Our planned beer menu for the Nebraska Ingredients Beer Day include:
– Wagner Pils (hops from Legendary Roots Brewing Supply – Ord)
– I Don’t Get It Honey Blonde Ale (honey from ZZ’s Bees – Burwell)
– Fly Casual Dry-Hopped Lager (hops from Christensen Hops – Fort Calhoun)
– All Riled Up IPA (homegrown hops from Shay Reilly – Ord)
– Bumble Buzz’d Brown Ale (honey from Bruha’z Beez – Ord)
– Normal Breakfast Stout (coffee from Normal Roasting Company – Burwell)
